Who are you? What is Bespoke Gift Co?
Hi! I'm Tiger, owner and artist for Bespoke Gift Co and TigerArtStudios. I personally illustrate all portraits and handle all orders. Since 2022 I've sold over 15,000 art prints and ornaments on Etsy, Amazon, and Ebay. Now I'm finally ready to open my own website, dedicated to custom artwork & gifts.
How do I place an order?
Click the "Start Your Order" button above or visit our checkout page. You’ll upload your photo(s), choose a product, select a size, and add personalization details.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit images with subjects in focus produce the best results. Avoid heavy filters or screenshots where possible. Smartphone photos and even selfies are OK! Feel free to upload multiple for each subject.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until I get it?
You will receive an email with the preview within 5 business days. Once you approve the artwork, most orders are produced in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
Will I get tracking information?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

I'm confident you'll love your portrait! I'll keep working with you until you're happy with the results and ready to approve. If you're unhappy with the final results, just let me know and I'll get you a refund.
What is your return policy?

Please take photos of the packaging and item, then just reply to your order email. I’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
